Action words

Watching: Big Brother 8. Can't help it, go America's Player! :)
Listening to: Play Dead - a book (have it on my iPod). For anyone that enjoys crime-solving, kinda funny and quirky narrative and is a dog-lover, I recommend it!
Reading: Shogun. The classic, best-selling book by James Clavell. Big book but so engrossing.
Attending: LA Galaxy matches. Beckham arrives today and will start playing end of August.
Trying: Ballroom dancing. Rich surprised me with lessons for our 1 year anniversary. Hope he can keep up! :)
Eating: Nectarine season...love e'm!
Visiting: my current hospice patient and her caregiver with bi-weekly visits where the caregiver can get out and run errands while her mother (96 year old with heart disease) sleeps.
Drinking: Same as usual, wheat grass shots, iced coffees and Diet Peach Snapple.
Studying: my 2nd to last class!
Scratching: Abby. Dry skin or fleas - dunno which the girl loves to be scratched!
Writing: letters that I have to actually post to friends abroad.

What are YOUR action words?

An auspicious day, indeed!

Luckiest date?

7/7/07 - Happy 1-year for Rich and me. Gorgeous red roses greeted me when I arrived home this morning from errands...

Shannon and Sierra have been visiting from Phoenix so we had lots of fun, giggly time, too. We had a marathon of Spite & Malice last night (thinking we'd play until Mom won we hung in there but in the end we had to face the facts that luck was not on her side).

Our season tickets continue to provide activities. We enjoyed a match against Chicago Fire on Wednesday,. 4th of July, (Galaxy won 2-0) and tonight we are taking on Kansas City!

More than meets the eye...

That describes Transformers. Pretty fun flick, I think it's worth seeing (and kid friendly).
